♥ I ask this with the utmost respect for the men I know. My darling hubby, God bless him, broke his ankle yesterday. I have no bedside manner, I would make for a very awful nurse ;)

A feeling or worthlessness. It is very emasculating! But unless I actually break something, I still go out and play my sports. I am a glutton for punishment.

I wish I knew!!

It's not very macho is it?? they think they are the big strong ones, and yet when my bf gets a bit of a sniffle it's "Terrible flu" - he takes tablets for the slightest pain, and yet us women carry on when we have real flu because - men - THATS LIFE!!!

I posted a question 'cos I'm pregnant, and yet my boyfriend will still not let me have a little moan about morning sickness without telling me how badly his back hurts, or how little he slept last night etc etc...

I just want to shout "You should try being the one who gets pregnant and has babies!!!"

I bet if men did have to give birth, though, they would have found a much more effective pain relief!

I love my bf to bits, but he can be such a wimp sometimes!! GRRR ;-)

Men have bigger bones than women. Therefore it hurts more when men break them :oP

It's the same with germs.

Did you know that the germs which cause the common cold in men are 100 times bigger than the germs which cause the common cold in women? These vicious, brutal manbugs also have teeth, like sharks, and are quite psychotic. Whereas womanbugs are small and fluffy, and make gentle cooing noises.

It's not about men being babies, it's about us suffering more because everything is worse for us when we get sick.

It's all to do with science.

And stuff.

Many people are a total pain when they get sick. Some men and women are braver than others possibly since they have seen or experienced real suffering not just superficial short-lasting physical pain.

I don't know what the cause of it is. I have noticed with my kids. Just a year apart. When they both get sick my daughter keeps going and pushing herself and my son stops and whines. I think they can't take pain like we can. Maybe we are in more pain often then males. Like with our monthlies and things like that. Then when we get sick we don't notice the small pain...I don't know but bless your heart!!!! He'll drive you nuts by the time he heals up...

Men are the ones that started all the rumours that woman are the crybabies of the two. Men are sissies and we are here to make them feel better. Even if it is just to give them a hug.

It's the side of men that they would rather cut off their right arm or poke out one of their eyes than to ever publicly admit to each other in person, but they love to be babied by their lady love. Being as you're his "nurse," he's probably pushing for an in-bed sponge bath. ;)

C'mon, you have to admit: it's a "little" bit cute, isn't it? ;)

i dont know! its kind of cute tho. they want you to just feel for them, and care for them, and baby them up. When men get sick, its worst then when the kids get sick. I see why God made WOMEN have babies b/c men wouldnt even be able to handle that much pain. One paper cut and their ready to act like a baby.

Because they want to be protected !!! — sometimes —
It is so easy. If my "sweetie" is sick, I am his
good nurse. And I am a very good nurse....
And I also do enjoy that job.

Do You want to hear some more "details"....
