I'm guessing you don't want to share the ideas of your business here because you don't want someone to steal it, am I warm.
Anyway maybe you could try to sell vitamins door to door to get a feel for the community. Market research is nice but in this way you would be doing market research yourself. Which I have always found to be more reliable than trusting someone else. ;)
Maybe your idea is some type of medical massage. See without more details it's hard to help you. Trust me we won't steal your idea we've all got e-mail boxes full of how to make a million dollars ourselves.

even you have great idea if you don't know how to start it may frustrate you only.
first thing you need to know is that there is no short cut in life as what you are asking. better you learn it by your self, grab some book that teach how to start a business. even some advice you here, the reality is different from place to place...

First step.....market study.....make sure there's a market for your idea.
Next step business plan....proforma cash flow.
Then incorporate....it's not expensive and protects your assets.
Then get funding from available sources.
Still want to go into business or are you content with having had a great idea?
