Try doing a 'Head' wash from the inside out by using a saline solution like (Ocean). You tilt your head back as far as possible and let the solution run back and down into your sinus cavities. Keep it there for 20 minutes or so. It may be a bit painful at first if the sinuses are raw. But they will gradually stop hurting and this will be soothing. You can feel it bathe your eyes if you use enough.

viruses in the nasal passages are not destroyed by drugs, thus the simplest solution would be to remove them.waduu. there was once this shown in Oprah where Doctor Oz showed this tiny water container with a funnel like point to be inserted in the nose and the water entering one side would get out on the other side. The water was about the temperature of the human body and a bit salty. Said to cure the respiratory or sinus problems.

I always use a heat pad on my face when I have sinus pain. It relieves the pain for day or so. Try getting help from an ear nose & throat specialist.

Hi Tommy,
Have you ever tried a detox?
I used to have very bad sinus and sensitive nose as well.. and after I did a detox, I now rarely have relapse unless I do not rest enough..
If you are keen to find out more about the detox, please email me at verityy@yahoo.com

I have the same thing. I use a warm cloth twice a day to just put over my face a few min, This helps the sting go away. Then I try a nice face cream or night time I use a little vicks. I think that helps the most!! Good luck!

sinus infection effect the area behind your eyes, i have sinusitis and have had numerous sinus infections and none have effected my cheeks or teeth. maybe you are feeling the pain differently. what you need it to try and break loose the infection so you can blow it out. a hot, steamy shower would help. you need something that makes your nose water instead of dry it out. i take 4 drops of oregano oil under my tongue. makes my sinuses drain like mad.

Hmmm...I had very similar symptoms and it turned out to be "Trigeminal Nerve Neuralgia".Check it out. I begged the doctor to not give me that diagnosis and check me for sinusitis (maxillary xray) but he didnt and he was right. I could have sworn I had bad teeth also.
The 'Hmmm' was for thought back to someone I knew who picked their nose constantly and didnt wash their hands. Constant sinus infections.*wondered why*

Hemorrhoidal oinyment, on a swab, inside your nostrials as far as you can gentely, stand to insert it, and swab the inside as needed. If you do this at least every other day, it will prevent reaccurance.
