i heard that students are screened before going in a surgery room.they must be free of blood related and infectious diseases.as i am a hepatitis b +ve person,will there be any problem??

I dont think there is any such thing, even if it is, u can spread hepatitis B even in medical ward, I think u sould ask specific institute

Yes if u study surgery u r always in the risk of spreading disease.

Better try other field like Gen Med, anesthesia etc

-- whatever they will screen you or not you have double risks according to hepatitis B
- you may easy to catch another pathogen which will affect your liver from work as surgeon "your immuinty supressed + your liver not fully healty" or any other system
- the chance to spread the disease is very rare
- so you may search for other branch as public medicine or pharmacology

It depends in which country you are working.In some countries doctors are tested for these kind of disease.You will have to check that in the health department

I think you can study it, but can you practice as a surgeon? (I'm not a doctor nor a student)
