Depending on the comma placement there are two ways
To suspend , an egg inside a balloon
Make the mouth of the balloon large enough to fit over the egg, place the egg inside the balloon, tie the balloon, wrap the rubber band around the mouth of the balloon and make it secure.Tie the thread at one end to the rubber band and the other end to the pencil. hold the pencil up. You now have an egg inside the balloon suspended
To suspend and egg, inside a balloon
Again open the mouth of the balloon wide enough the place in the egg, then place in the egg. Tie the rubber band around the mouth of the balloon,tie the thread at one end to the rubber band,,Open another of the balloons wide enough and place the egg and balloon inside this balloon ensuring the thread does not go in all the way,inflate to maximum the outside balloon by blowing, tie the outside balloon up still ensuring thread has not gone in all the way. Tie the thread to the pencil. Hold the pencil up .You now have an egg suspended, inside a balloon.
The abstract answer
Use the pencil and paper to write an official letter to the parents and tie it with the thread ,telling them not to send their egg to school cause he is suspended for flicking rubber bands at the other eggs

I saw a big answer. You needn't go till then.
Imagine you first put an egg inside balloon when it does not contain any air. Then, fill it with water until you feel its the right size. Then remove water from one side and fill air from another. And thats it and u r done.
Confused, that from where did the other opening came.
Dont worry, its just 'imagination' and its very easy. Thats why I told its very easy at first

put the egg inside the balloon and blast the balloon or you can eat the egg and that is all.
