Why does the UN allow America to have second and third generation nukes?

Israel still refuses to sign the NPT,so they can do about whatever they want including building nuclear weapon...then there is US who has vetoed so far many sanctions and condemnations against Israel...and will keep doing this...they are blindly supporting Israel ,no matter what...UN is not daring to say something to Israel 'cos this may angry it's no 1 money donor US...

Because we have Veto powers and Israel is one of a very few country's that have not signed the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty! We aren't going by it either as Bush has decided he isn't going to report how many nukes we have!

They built theirs before the Non-proliferation Treaty and the signed that treaty.
They don't have chemical or biological weapons .
