My husband and I got home last night around 9:30 and missed the first half hour of the season premiere of Grey's Anatomy! I saw the part where Miranda comforted the patient who lost his wife Giselle, but she couldn't go into where he was...what, was there an outbreak of something? And what was the whole deal with the baby in the trash can? I know at the end, one of the girls said, "It was Shannon" (I think)...what was the whole story there?

Oh, and I saw the lovely part where Derek McDreamy told Meredith he's in love with her...was there anything else about their relationship I missed? And Izzie...I know she was mourning the death of Denny...any other news about her? Thanks.

people were locked up because they were afraid that people came into the hospital with the plague
the girls with the baby they were just trying to figure out who threw thier baby away and it was one of them girls at the end
nothing has changed with izzy or meredith and derek
that was pretty much it. not to much happened i was kinda dissapointed in the premire last night
