I think the answer to this is:not really.
Obviously you can use phrases such as thrice a year, or four monthly.
You can use a coined word such as quadrimestrial, or tri-annual, These are not actual words, but would probably be understood by most people, though some might take triannual to mean "every three years" rather than three times a year. (Biannual is ambiguous as it can mean twice a year, but can also mean every two years. However, biennial is used to indicate every two years especially in horticulture, so biannual is more often used now for twice a year. Triennial is similarly used to mean "every three years".)

Trimester will certainly not do as it is an academic term of three months, so although there are three of them in a year, you also have the vacation period.

Personally I would go for triannual, and try to start a new word going.

Apparently the Holy Spirit is impressing this scripture on you to take courage and accomplish something by the power of Christ. Some thing which you are reluctant do do because you know you are not strong enough. Abide in the Holy Spirit and take heart God will be with you to accomplish every good work. This is only what I would conclude and I do not claim any particular inspiration about this. It is just my opinion.

While not formally accepted in Webster's, "triannually" is what you are looking for to mean every four months. "Triennially" is every three years. There are several recent citations of companies and govts issuing triannual reports.

Hope this helps.

Triannually would be understood. Maybe trimesterly? Or just say three times a year! :)
