I got married when i was very young & got 2 kids. but got seperated from them. my parents too desserted me. Then a family friend tried to convince all but failed. then he told that i need social security as am young & married me. now the problem is my children are grown up & they wants me too *** back with them & also my ex husband. now what should i do?

you are married to the family friend, and now after a lot of years all your original family want you back? i would question their motives since they had abandoned you so many years before ... what do you have that they want from you that you didn;t have before? what do you have that they dont as grown adults? seems kind of fishy to me after so many years.

Always go with what your heart says whether the result is good or bad. Choose the person whom you love most. If you love your ex-husband than the problem is solved. you get your childrens back. But if you love your current husband, then you will have to request your ex-husband to hand over one or both the child mutually without any legal wrangelings. If he refuses, nothing can be done about.

see i am not married .. but still i advice u .. that u should continue the marriage u are in....bcoz if u will leave this husband than ppl and society will take it wrong , as well as ur new husband will feel heart break and alone.. but if u have problem wd this husband than u have a good option.. best of luck

dear brinda...ask your present hubby to file a habeas corpus case in the competent court stating the entire scenario...the court will then summon you to record your statement here you can tell the court whether you want to stay with your present husband or go back...the court will order according to your wish..you are an adult now and it is your wish that matters legally.
