I used to watch the cartoon, & I could've sworn that they showed him once. I've been searching on youtube & nothing. This convo came up the other day & somebody told me he looks like Destro.

They never showed him in the cartoon but go to the link below, it has a pic of the old toy that was supposedly what he looked like.

they dont show him only his claw, i thought ive seen him but i aint dat sure...
