The concept behind spiders procreation is the lock & Key.
Its more like the idea of enzymes, the sperm from one breed of spider would not fertilize an ovum from another breed of spider. That is why there are no cros breeds for spiders

The males do courtship dances to entice the female. The male will use his peti palps (front set of specialized legs) to place a sperm packet in the female's receptacle. Usually the male has to run for his very life afterwards because the female larger spider will eat him. This is especially true in black widow spiders.
