The price of gas is meaningful to the American people and this is one of the main reasons that gasoline has been falling just before an election. The are many issue as well and it promises to be quite a battle over the House and Senate seats this year. Quite candidly if you take a careful look at the Democrats and Republican running for office in November, you will surprised to find a large mess of blowhards on the ballots. ":THE DO NOTHIN CRWD" as I call them.

Let's hope that the American electorate is not that self centered and ignorant. If the Islamo-fascist terrorists manage to set off a nuclear war head (or several) in this country, what do you think will happen to the price of everything?
There are far more pressing issues such as the War on Terrorism, protecting our borders from illegals, education vouchers to give parents a choice in the education of their children, getting rid of estate taxes so that those who inherit farm land that their family has owned and paid taxes on for decades isn't CONFISCATED, by the Federal government, stopping the abuse of "Imminent Domain" so that the Federal government cannot confiscate property at will to build high dollar/tax generating structures, etc.

First, the final element you ought to do for the army is supply up. that's obtrusive you're a snotty nosed little mommas boy with the aid of your stance right here. the reason the gasoline , meals and deficit are up is by using the fact human beings such as you elected a democrat congress in 2006. perhaps you're able to be able to desire to circulate back to grade college and study how government works, Congress carry the handbag strings and passes legislations. the lads and girls I served with for over 27 years want a pacesetter with guts, and there hasn't been a democrat with guts because of the fact JFK.

It would appear that way. There has suddenly been almost a dollar decrease in price (in some parts of the country) in the last week.
I would not be surprised if this happened to make people happier about the current situation this country is in.

To a degree, yes. If Democrats gain control of the house, I think we will see "big oil" slammed pretty hard in the form of tariffs and regulations. Many people are tired of inflated gas prices and soaring energy company profits--be interesting to see what happens.
