only 60 days in advance and that too the date of travel +1 day. Means you cant book a ticket for 22-Nov-2006 on 22-Sep-2006 if the inbetween days count is <= 60.
Best option is to book through Internet on www.irctc.co.in you are allowed to start booking on the open day of the booking right from 4 a.m. in the morning to 11.00 p.m. at nite!

yes you can reserve tickets 90 advance for some special trains only. reffer indian railway site for details

not in indian railway it is booked 60days in advance only. but in other country it is up to 6 month in uk and germany

if u have itz money card then u can e book on line and its trouble-free. attempt for it and if u dont have it then u can choose for railway conters which one among my pal has advised u or in simple terms touch travels.
