I recent study suggested that, at least in America, married couples have sex a little over once a week. Also, there was another study that suggested that having sex more then once a week is health for you and people who do actually tend to live longer. So if you have it once a day you are doing very well - live long and prosper!

For some once a day would be alot...Most people don't have the energy for once a day by the time the day is over with..I don't think there is a limit as to how many times you have to do it..Around here we do it when we can both find the time to fit it in..Between jobs, and kids it tends to take the back seat sometimes...Thank God it's AWESOME when we do find the time!!

Once a day is great, sometimes hard to fit into the schedule, but great none the less. At my house any time you can get it is good. So if you are getting it every day, Keep Up the Good Work!!!

if you both feel good about it, there is no too much and too few times.! It is something that you and your hubby has to decide on. Do you feel like having sex once a day? Then if you say yes, then there is nothing with you both wrong, but if you do not feel up to it, then you should discuss it with your husband.

Lucky you if you're married and having sex every day.Do you both work,if so how do you find the energy.Everyone's different .I guess what's enough for some ,isn't enough for others.As long as you and your husband/wife have a similar sex drive it's not a problem.

I think it's too much. Every weekend is good. That way you can build up your sex drive and get really nasty with eachother and the weekend sexcapade should be enough to last you through the week. Guess what ? It's the WEEKEND, Yippee !!!!:)
