No, half the people here in Texas now are illegal aliens, and the cowboys are moving to Wyoming. The only true Texans left here are the aging hippies and the hard-core republicans (the ones that didn't move to DC with W).

No of course not,in fact at the moment it would seem more appropriate to ask if everyone in TX is Hispanic. However if you mean does everyone in TX sort of have the cowboy attitude then the answer would be almost. As for me I'm just an old metalhead caught in cowboy hat/pickup truck heaven.
