Do you say something openly and yet really think entirely the opposite? Try to be honest.

I think there is a fine line between hypocrisy and being polite or telling a white lie in order to protect someone from geting hurt unnecessarily. I hate hypocrisy and if I don't feel able to say what I think , then I just don't say anything. There are times when speaking openly can be classed as being downright rude. But I will never agree with something I do not believe is right. So no I am not a hypocrite.

Try do be honest all the time.
Than You get into a sea of trouble.
Now I am honest to my closest friends,
and to my lover. About other people I do
not care any longer. As I was working at the
office, everyone wanted to know my point.
So I answered correctly. And?

Did I get something in return. No. Just stupid
remarks like "Fresh girl!" · "Ah. Blondie" · "Suck my d...k!"

So I stopped being honest. Now I am working at
home. And it is so much fun. Only those people I
really like are allowed to visit my home. And I do not
care about the rest.... Let them talk. Who cares....

Sure we're all hypocritical.

The most hypocritical people are those who think and/or say they aren't!

People who pride themselves on their "honesty" is often an excuse for being rude, aggressive and/or brazen.

Having said that, I think it's rare for people to say precisely the opposite of what they think/feel. Usually, it's far more about subtle shades of grey.

A useful technique is to be very specifically honest, without saying the whole truth, which is fair enough, I think!

Yes, i find myself doing that all the time. Thats why i reckon the say, "easier said than done" is a pritty good definition of explaining why most people are hypocritical. dont cha think??!!

No. Subject to legal constraints, I always speak my mind. This is why I have few clients and plenty of time to answer these questions. Sadly, hypocrisy rules and bull5hit baffles brains. People like to be told what they want to hear.

No. I say exactly how I feel regardless of who I'm with or what the situation is. People will like me for who I am or why should I care?

More to the point - why do you feel you are so important the we should all justify ourselves to you - or is this question really about you and denial ?
