The best thing to do is to get some St. Ives Apricot Scrub for Blemish and Blackhead Control. It is oil free and has salicylic acid. You can get it at any Wal-Mart or most drug stores. I have been using it for 8 years and I never have any problems with blackheads. But, the mistake that most people make when using these kinds of scrubs and cleansers is making it a chore. If you just use a little to scrub your face with everytime you take a shower instead of using soap it will really work. Inevitably though you will still get the occasional pimple. When this happens rub a little bit of toothpaste (yes I said toothpaste) on the affected area before you go to bed and wash it away in the morning before going to work/school. Be sure to use the paste kind though and not the gel kind. I really hope this helps you out, Good Luck.

A Blackhead remover will get rid of them. To keep them off, you need to follow a Skin Care Regimen. Avon has great products and they really work! I know because I use them. And now I sell them.
Avon has a dual-ended Blakchead and Whitehead Remover on sale for $2.99. You can buy it through my website.

the safest and the best is to get it removed by a proper asthetician.
a home remedy is to loosen the blackheads by taking steam.then take a gentle towel and in a very very gentle manner rub it near the blackhead area
