there's lots of medications available for anxiety, tranquilizers like xanax, valium etc, antidepressants like lexapro and prozac, and many other kinds. i dont know whats the best, id see a doctor and ask them. but really its not whats "best" its whats best for YOU and a doctor can help you figure that out. in the meantime you can try stuff like exercise, sleeping, meditation, breathing, yoga that might help too
