Yes, hello, this is Ed from Wild Willy's Wacky World of Walruses. Our records are showing a past-due invoice for a shipment we sent to a Zoe K. Salamander on the 19th of April this year. I think I remember speaking to you, Ms. Salamander, and you told us that the check was in the mail. Well, now it's been four weeks and we still haven't received it. The only thing we got was a blank envelope with a smiley-face sticker in it. We really are going to be needing our walruses back soon if we can't resolve this.
