Call the police and an ambulance and have her arrested and committed! She is obviously mentally disturbed. If you committed any violence against her for it you would just reinforce her twisted concept that violent acts are o.k. and normal.
Throwing up before the call to the guys with white jackets would be acceptable. Most likely probable, too!
