Sometimes I sleep walk and goto the fridge and drink some fruit juice and eat an untoasted bagel....its funny waking up wondering why there are crumbs on my bed sometimes.

i have been sleep walking for many years and u don't know what u are doing.u must make sure all the doors and windows are are shut and locked to make sure you don't end up on the street like i did not knowing how u got there.never wake up a sleep walker because it is dangerous.some will grow out of it but others never do.it depends on the situation at hand that has caused the person to sleep walk in the first place

Don't sleep walk, but sleep fight.
When I was younger my sister and I shared a tent and, in my sleep, I ended up beating her up.
They thought I was doing it on purpose until they took me to a hospital and I beat the daylights out of a bunch of hospital pillows on the bed.
They said it was fear, some primal urge to protect myself when I felt the most vulnerable. Admittedly, I was abused at very young age, so...
As I grew up (no longer sharing a bed with anyone), became more confident and strong in self, it seemed to stop.
Every now and again, if I get really stressed out I'll wake up with sore knuckles and a broken headboard.
Don't know if it'll ever completely stop.
Anyway, maybe sleep fighting is the same as sleep walking: your sub-conscious, your primal is trying to do something that you can't do while thinking about it.

Yeah my daughter does occasionally, we once had a friend staying over sleeping on the lounge and she came out [sleep walking] asked him if he wanted a blanket and when he said no he was OK she put the blanket away in the fridge. And yes she also talks in her sleep.This has been going on for over 5 years.

I did it once at my moms I did nothing but crawl out her bed onto the couch
