Mere more experience may not work favourably. Like older age in itself not necessarily guarantee the maturity in any person, just more experience may not guarantee the calibre of a person on the face of it. An individual may have some extra-ordinary speciality suited for the work concerned, which have the possibility of bringing more positive and better results. So each individual is to be seen independently for the suitability, and appointed when suited most.

Technologies and new ideas emerge everyday and every moment.Only experience does not complete every work.
There are times when experiences are at a loss if you dont know the demand of the new generation or the emerging world,which I think only freshers or newly passouts have an idea of.
