Yoga is so good for your body i took a yoga class with my mom and it teaches you how to relax and good ways to breath it will deffinatly help your health!

yoga is a very good exercise for you body and is originated in India. it helps to come out of stress in day to day life. start with some simple asanas and increase them day by day it really helps u to get in to a shape, after one month u will notice that yourself.
