I own a Mazda Sting 130 hatchback. It's a 2001 Model. I was recently in an accident and just got the car back from the panelbeaters. I'm not sure if the problem existed before the accident because I only had the car for a month before the accident and I never noticed it. It also sometimes makes the splashing noise when I'm just driving. I've noticed that if I've been driving for a while it usually stops

Hmmmm.
You may be hearing the fuel in the tank. (Doubt it though)

Speakers shorting out. But this usually makes a popping sound.
You may have water in your doors. Shake the doors from side to side. If this is the answer you have blocked drainage holes. Get a small screwdriver and clear the holes in the bottom of the doors.
Can't really be much else that I can think of. Maybe the window washer container, once again I doubt it.
Else take it back to the panelbeaters and ask them.
