The question is, "Who sang Black is Black in the 80s?", and the ONLY answer is the Jungle Brothers, in 1989.

The Los Bravos version was 1966 and has nothing whatsoever to do with the question, other than to add a bit more information. Further information is that La Belle Epoche got to number 2 (in the UK) with it in 1977.
