When you first start drinking more water you do keep weing but this eventually adjusts itself and you dont go so much after a while. I drink 2 litres a day and my doctor said that is plenty.
Fresh orange juice is highly acidic and you should mix this with half water half orange juice, not just for the sake of your stomach but your teeth too. A small glass of orange juice eaten with a high fibre breakfast is meant to be beneficial, something about helping to keep certain vitamins in. But you will have to look into that further if you are really interested.

2 litres of water is the strict minimum. Alcohol, coffee, tea do not count, as they encourage you to go weeing.
I have around 3 litres a day, I go wee every hour. Helps give me a break from work.
Orange juice is fine, but yes it can cause some issues if your stomach cannot handle it.
You can try yogurt, or some aloe drink to help reduce the acidity.

You should have at least 2 litres of water a day, not 4 litres. This can include just plain water as well tea, juice and things like that. Although orange juice is good for you in terms of Vitamin C and nutrients, it is very acidic, hence why it gives you stomach acid.
I find milk is good for reducing stomach acid, as well as mints (such as Extra Strong Mints).

I think that 2 litres is plenty to drink in a day.
orange juice is ok in small doses. It is very acidic so don't drink too much if you have a weak belly
you will keep peeing a lot until your body adjusts to the water intake
but I think that 4 litres is far too much

I think there is too many people giving advice that is then taken as a rigid rule. Moderation in all was a good guide to a happy and healthy life some years ago I still think would work for most.
It does not give specifics because we are all different to a degree.
So if 4 litres makes you pee try three or 2.5 or don't think about it your body will tell you when it is thirsty.

It very much depends on your activity levels. When doing hot yoga you need loads more than 4 litres, I drink 6. Anyway, during a normal day with minimum exercise, 2 litres is good.

TOO much water is VERY bad for you and 4 litres is probably too much - and if your also drinking other liquids such as orange juice you need even less water since orange juice IS mainly water - how much liquid you require is linked to your body mass if your small like me you need a lot less than someone that is 6 foot or if your slim you need less than someone that is obese

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a bypassing rope, skip for two a few minutes, do push ups for a minute or so, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push nearly something else like sit ups along with do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s an instant, effective workout that will progress results than a long manage or swim.

The average is 2 litres per day. This would be more though in extreme hot weather.
