My bf just breakup with me. Maybe he thinks that i'm still not ready to get into a relationship. He was my first bf. We still love each other but no strings attached. He told me that there's still a big chance for us to be together again but maybe not now. We'r on the same workplace... and we treat ourselves as friends. At first it was fine but as the day passes by... i'm getting to realize how lonely and uncomfortable it is to go another day thinking that i lost him. What must i do to get over with this?

i believe u must have quite a good idea why he says so. reflect on why he says so. if he is asking for sex and intimate relationship then u know jolly well there is not right to do so. meanwhile set ur life priorities right and spend more time with family and friends. lead an enrich life instead my dear. treat him as a friend. we need to know another better b4 we build a step closer than a normal friendship. best wishes, think positive.

sorry to say, but he is just using u and keeping u on a line, cause what kind of boyfriend would say that there is a big chance that u will get back together again but not know just wanna be friends!!!!! honey that is a wake up call, u can do so much better! cause his ur first bf deosnt mean his da only one!!!! its hard but he is only using u, and playing da field, wake up sweety u are so worth more than that!

Move on. What else? If you make the mistake I did when I really loved someone and they told me they did not want me anymore, you will be in a world of trouble. Don't be psychotic and become a stalker. Take it. Move on. Someone else will come along. Do not rush it though. Give it time. Seek spiritual and mental wellbeing first.

Get together with your girl friends and have some nights out. You'll eventually meet someone you like...play the field a bit. Only then you will know whether your ex is the one you want or not.

Or u could find sumone who is near and close to you whom u can share ur problems with and the best idea is to pray...
