As far as communications go , the multi media giant would be short it's most powerful tool .
The world would be a much larger place .
Steve Irwin would have only be known to Queenslanders .
I never would have smoked .
The Tsunami , appeal for Indonesia would have raised nothing .
The vision of Septamber the 11nth would have been a news paper headline , and its vision would not be planted into us by repetitive brain washing technique that was used at the time .
Elections would be fair , and Johnny Howard would be on the social service pension.
Pokomon would be a lame card game etc

Much better for sure, I think it is a waste of time, I almost never watch TV, there are lots of better things to do in life than waste time on a TV screen, even families will have a better relationship because they will start talking and sharing ideas instead of staring at a screen.

I live in a remote place. Electric comes on and off at times, most nights, when it's windy ... It goe and stays off for a few hours. So you guess .... No TV then.
What we do is ... Light candles and read, listen to the radio (Thank goodness for batteries) And when my son (25) comes to see us ... We play board games, chat about so many things! Go for walks, do lots of things he would never do himself as he loves to watch TV. He doesn't miss not watching his favourite progarmmes because too busy enjoying being with his mummy and talk! We don't talk as much when TV's on you see!

I don't have a TV in my house. choice.
I would'nt have been able to travel and achieve what I have if I was sitting in front of the TV with pringles.

cellphones would come to our rescue with in-built everythings. So, the only thing to get affected would be the dictionary.

Better, but who would believe a newspaper if they told us that? Maybe they'd accept it on radio?
