Ill give you a list of some software that will prolly fix it. ad-aware, spybot search and destroy are good ones that will scan your computer and prolly get rid of the pop up. To prevent it in the future use firefox. All these programs can be easilly found with a quick google search. All are free software for personal use. Teaming all those up youll prolly never have a problem again.

goto www.download.com and get spybot,adaware se,and windows defender install and update then restart pc press f8 choose start in safe mode run cscans start with spybot and there will be no more embarrasing **** pop ups,just a tip safest and best and free **** site is www.myfreepaysite.com no pop ups or viruses

You or someone using that computer has been visiting those sites, that's why you are getting those pop ups ! You could try erasing the cookies ? And stay off the **** !

You could try running a spy ware removal program. It sounds like you have a trojan or something redirecting you to this site. Do a search on free spy ware downloads, choose one or more, download ti and run a scan. I have several anti-spy ware programs and run scans weekly.
