It seems to me that the rate of ecological imbalance can be possibly be reversed by granting voting rights to other eligible animals. A suitable technique would be needed to determine the prferences and the voting mechanism for this purposes. Can it be made possible and whether it really desirable?

This may probably be made possible either by allowing the owner of the animals to cast vote on their behalf, Or by devising ballot leaves or other such green arrangements involving direct intrest of the animals. It can be made practicable, I am sure.
