I have had 2 boys. My fiest son I had morning sickness. My second son, I didn't have any. Your body doesn't know the sex of the baby. The only way you can tell the sex is with an ultrasound. Good luck!

My mother got sick with her first and not her second or third... then again second and third were both boys... I am 11 weeks pregnant myself and have only slight nausea, although it's still too early to tell what my husband and I are having, I have a hunch it's a boy... we'll see. Good luck to you!
