it's most likely conjunctivitis but you do want to consult an ophthalmologist just to rule out a corneal abrasion. this is especially true if you sleep in your contact lenses. leave the lenses out for at least 24 hours and wear your glasses before you go into your ophthalmologist's office so they have a good foundation for them to begin their exam.

first of all, stop wearing contact lenses for a few days- don't want to exacerbate the infection.
u might have infected some sorts of bacterial infection.
u should see ur doctor. he will prescribed u with the right antibiotic ointment/drops to be applied in ur eyes. the doctor also will check whether it's the infectious type or not. if it is infectious, u should avoid close contact with other people.

Contacts always pose such problems. they pose problems of infection, moving from their position, even the liquid used can cause such problem.since u mention there is no redness or irritation it raises benefit of doubt on part of contacts but it would definitely help if u stoped wearing contacts for awhile .the culprit can be ur tear glands or its drainage tubes do u have a cold or blocked nose this could also cause it or u may be developing conjunctivitis[ a simple seasonal viral eye infection which is self limiting called as sore eye or madras or bombay eye}. ultimately to be on a safer side visit ur eye doc

HI DEAR
sometime persons face problem because of contact lenses
because:

1) faulty technic of wearing of c-lenses
2)contaminated contact lense solution
3)environmental factor also responsible for that

I advice you that you should cosult the ophthalmologist as early as possible.
