i want daily meal planner.morning to night sleep what should i take and sholuld not,please specify the items to eat daily.

Take as much as vegeatables, avoid spicy and fatty foods, drink as much as water. Go for morning walk and evening walk. Hope you will be benifited.

I have tried raw vegetables (Beans, Ladiesfinger, Knolkol, Carrot, Cucumber) and fresh fruits(all fruits except Banana, Dates, cherries) cut into small pieces and eaten raw for lunch and dinner and 2 Idlis made out of mixed cereals for breakfast
this diet would help you to lose weight faster and will keep you healthy and glowing.
Dieting would help only when it is accompanied with good exercises, walking and jogging. else you will only end up with saggy muscles after losing weight. apart from that exercises would even energise your body.
avoid non-vegetarian food of any kind. once in a fortnight you can go for boiled fish (ex: fish curry) and rice.

67 kg and what about your height? I would be able to give you more information about your daily calorie need etc.

u just eat what ever u like, but ignore oily items and sweets

there are a million diet books out there, im not doing this for you, they are getting money for doing it.
