The Decisions of the ICJ are Binding in nature but still countries dont comply with them if they are not in their favour, mostly bec ICJ cannot use force against non-complying parties.

Each country may have a separate bench representing International Court of Justice in their Apex level courts. There should be a provision in the constitution of each country stipulating due regard and compliance of the decisions of the ICJ. Apex court of each country may be made responsible for compliance of such dicisions.

There is nothing you can do. The U.N. should be dissolved for they have no purpose anymore. International law, that is a joke either way. How can you have a law and no way to enforce it. Oh wait lets create 100's of resolutions against the criminal and pout when they fall on deaf ears. With this I agree that International law is only beneficial when it favors your views.

Oh, complying or not, every country must have due process and true justice with the help of the International Court of Justice.

I know your talking about the ICJ but unless your a permanent member on the U.N Security council then your votes doesn't count for squat!
