Have you ever cried (or gotten misty eyed) at a movie theater?
Or did you "just get something in your eye?" ;-)

I have cried at many movies, I was totally wrecked at the end of Schindler's list, and so was the entire audience. No shame in my game.

All men cry. There are those that admit it and those that won't. As far as movies go, there are some that push different guys buttons. Jason's Lyric made me cry like a baby at the end because my brother attempted suicide once in real life. Plus the shot at the end with the father walking with the two sons as they were little, reminded me of my own family and how close we used to be. Different movies push different tear jerker buttons. But the only guys who don't cry, are the ones that don't have tear ducts.

Of course I've been misty eyed during movies. Those movies have a rather remarkable way of pulling your heartstrings no matter how you try and hold it in. I think a man is more of a man if he can admit to this.

I cried at two movies I rented at home recently. One was "Millions" when the dead mother talks to the little boy and the other was "the Weatherman" when Nick Cage deals with his dying father.

Both movies made me think about my Dad who passed away 4 years ago.

Crying at movies isn't a big deal, you know?

I don't need to be "man enough" to admit it. I cried a lot of times.

Have you watched the Color Purple? Man, that was sad.

P.S. Women say they want honest men, right? It's not about being "man enough." It's about being honest. It's no biggie.
