Well, you can try any one of these that i can think of that will work and help you. Ex-lax, Enema, Mineral Oil, Slim Fast, Metamucil, Prunes and Prune Juice, Life Cereal, Mini Wheat's Cereal, Hot oatmeal, Grapes, Salads, Chocolate milk and last that I can think of is Tomato soup. If these do not work go see a doctor and they can prescribe something for you to drink to flush through your intestines. I forget the name but they gave this stuff to one of my kids that was not able to poo for days and they gave my kid an orange syrup stuff that work wonders! The doctors can also give you a suppository or do the old fashion way of putting gloves on and reaching up in there to unplug you. Take your pick.

Hello dear answer according to your problem....
1)In the early morning you should drink atleast 500ml warm water
which makes your digestion process effective
2)Drink plenty of liquid which make your colon wall smooth which helps to evacuate the stool
3)You can use liquid Cremaffin ,Castor oil and also u can use two tablets of dulcolax at bed time. But dont take in your habit
5)You should avoid spicy food to protect more fluid absorption in the body.
Be regular always in all your habit .eg.eating,sleeping,etc..
I hope it will work because most of the patient with constipation satisfied with these treatment.....

It is not uncommon for people to not have bowel movements for three days. It is best if you go everyday, but don't be too alarmed just yet. If you usually go every day then let it go one more day and if you don't go, you need to drink plenty of water, exercise and consider a laxative or perhaps an enema if that doesn't work for you.
I myself like to have a colonic done when I start feeling constipated. The water goes way up into the colon and frees all the waste and toxins from your colon. You need to follow up and drink plenty of water and exercise daily to prevent this from happening.
I hope this helps.

Heat up a can of green beans, add a little water and a pinch of salt, eat the beans and drink ALL the juice WHILE IT'S STILL WARM.
Take a magazine or two w/ you when you go to the can as you're gonna be there a while.

You might have irritable bowel syndrome. You could take something like Metamucil. If you take it as directed you will become regular and have less bloating. Or (this works too. For most people.and lasts longer ) In the mean time you might like to try " lactobacillus acidolphilus" capsules. It regulates the intestinal ph. balance which gets rid of all of that uncomfortable stuff that goes on. Good luck be blessed.....................

I'm not a doctor, but what has worked in my experience is water, exercise, and a teaspoon of mineral oil in a glass of orange juice before going to bed.

prune juice, or over the counter formulas --> Milk of magnesia or anything along that line. Try eating fruit b/c it has a lot of fiber which makes it easier to go.
