I can remeber being in high school a few years ago, and maybe seeing a handfull of girls with cleavage. Now , its not uncommon to see middle school age girls with it. Should it be in schools? And where is the age limit line? I myself think its way too young for a middle school person to have it, they should not concern themselfs with sex, and thus not try to sell themselfs as if they want it. Times have changed, but their is still a line.

hmmm....
You go to school to get an education and not to get molested or raped or gang-banged.
So proper school clothes are definitely a must.
Dress appropriately and with decency. You can be beautiful and decent without looking like an FHM model or a hardcore porn star.
nuf sed.
Peace.

Yeah, I know what you mean. When I was in middle school, many girls didn't wear makeup and everyone wore tee shirts and jeans. Now, I see 12 year old girl walking around in miniskirts and tight, low-cut shirts. And I'm only 19! But I still notice it.
I don't think it's appropriate, but it's something we can't really stop without requiring uniforms (which I think is wrong, as it limits creativity and expression). Instead, teach your girls to respect themselves and then maybe they won't be so driven to dress provocatively.

Early development seems to be linked to hormones in the foods produced- meats, dairy, etc. Also, due to the fact that many kids are fat, so the cleavage, being 'fatty tissue' will be more noticeable, just like a man who is fat will have breasts.
Should a young lady present herself as a young lady? Absolutely. Tramps can dress as they see fit.

I think midriff is more of a problem in schools, but there should always be modesty in middle schools. Middle schoolers are WAY too young to be showing cleavage.

No it's not. Schools should have uniforms so that there is no compition between students and they can concentrate on their school work instead of who looks best. Everything is too sexual now and children don't stay children long enough.

No it is not OK. You are supposed to go to school to learn reading and writing and arithmetic. Not how to make out with Ron, John and Dick.
It is not OK in any school middle or otherwise. It isn't OK at any age in school.

Unfortunately, you have no control over development and puberty. Neither do they. If their parents are allowing them to wear skimpy shirts, that's not your problem. Don't worry about other peoples problems.

Times have changed.
Girls are slutty openly to "fit" into somebody else's box.
Thank VH1 and MTV-revisited (the old MTV was okay) for that.
Woohoo!
But seriously, if it doesn't concern you, don't look.
