If you click on the person's name or picture another screen will come up with that person's information on it. If they don't have email or IM enabled for yahoo answers, you can't email the person.
I don't know why you would do yahoo answers and not want email, but there it is.
Try posting it as an question. Maybe the person is still online and will see it.

you go to your answers, look up this one, look at Richard T's profile & A's &Q"s then u answer one of his open Q's but put P.S at bottom and the extra info he needed? Hope this helps?
