Anyone with the right attitude and self -confidence can obtain leadership capabilities. We are an amazing culture and it really depends on the drive and determination of the individual. I know I can be a leader. I have been my entire life. I am determined to become great things and be the head of a nice corporate company some day soon. I want money and power. I want a comfortable future for my kids. I want to give back to those less fortunate. I want to make a difference...and I will... How about yourself. Will you make a difference?

I have strong leadership skills, though most of the time I choose to stand back and let others take the lead. I prefer not to be in group situations, but when I am, I tend to take the lead when things don't seem to be getting done efficiently.

i see myself as a leader of course. i am in charge of what happens in my life and what does not as well as who are my friends and so forth. i make up my mind to the point of where i benefit with something -like a BS/BA in hands and to make myself happy and nothing short of that. i have great ideas that i incorporate into conversations, become everyone's best friend yet i stay grounded. i put my mind to something and there is nothing that an stop meyet i also know how ho make people like me and my ideas with out even trying. i see myself as someone who is capable of making decisions for me as well as others which sometimes i do on a daily basis yet know my purpose in life and know that once i get that job nothing can make me work under someone. right now i am an ex. to my peers by doing undergrad reaserch in biology for this semester as well as the next one and many people think that they should also do it-they see that i put my mind to something and want to follow in my steps sometimes. i am not vain or conceted but friends and classmates see me as someone who can organize a sudygroup or who can be dependent for next meeting with whatever organization: i go out there and do what i put my mind to and i think that is what a leader does-but with time.

Depends on your definition of leader. I think anyone can be a leader if they influence someone's life...and that can be in countless ways. It is, after all, "leading."
