Almost the way you just told us, except phrase it by saying what YOU need rather than what HE needs to do for you. I'm saying that I need for you to tell your boss how it makes you feel when he acts the way he does and that it makes your work environment unpleasant and less efficient, because then I will feel a lot better knowing that you are more comfortable and productive.
Or just quit and find a job working for someone you like. I'd be comfortable with that as well.

Well, maybe it works for him?
Anyway, who cares who 'the boss' is? Maybe his way works? You don't say what his method is, or if he gave himself that name. Maybe you call him that. How would you do it? Is that a better way? For others? For him?

don't. he will hold it against you. somethings you should just get over it. unless he is stepping over the line like sexual harassment then i would take matters to human resources
