If we turn our ports over to the united arab emirates, It will only be a matter of time before we get a lot more than we got on 9/11. Only a fool would give his door keys to his enemies. All the people in the middle east are our enemies,(except Israel.) They are all on the same side,and it's a cultural thing. or religion, whichever way you want to look at it. Most of the world is against us.
Some of our longtime allies won't even help us. If we leave Iraq, then what?
Korea? China? the axis of evil? I was stationed in S. Korea in 74-75 and the N. koreans are vicious people. War with them will be no cake walk.

Yes if you are referring to Pakistan. Threatining to bomb the Pakistanis back to the stoneage is like threatening an upgrade. That part of the world has been at war for centuries. It isn't going to change. They are non- cooperative and we are not happy. Basically.

He's just mad because for the first time in India's short democracy....we made nice...and we supported the govt in Afghanistan when they said Pakistan is harboring a lot of the Taliban in the Pashtun territories...something he flatly denied but is true....

Well, a self-preserving rat. When you have US bombers on your doorstep, and machete wielding radical Muslims in your backyard, you have to do some quick dancing, and not lose a step. Pakistan announced that they would defend iran if israel attacked. The muslims are uniting against Bush and his blustering. There have been no attacks since 9/11. We are causing the problem.
