If they want to get into the US that would be the way to do it. I however happen to believe that there are already sleeper cells here in the US, and plenty of American converts to Islam who are just waiting for their Imams to declare jihad. An investigative journalist recently did a study at several prominent mosques in the US and he found that the message being preached within were anti-American, and pro-terrorism. The feds are monitoring those mosques, and those cells, but it's only a matter of time before one slips through, and we have another 9-11.
I would imagine that it will come when Americans become complacent once again, and our self absorbtion draws our attention away from the threats of terrorism.

Some are, not in large numbers (as far as those caught) but there have been men and women with Middle Eastern backgrounds using phony Hispanic names who have been caught trying to enter the country from our southern border. For every one caught, you should assume 5-10 are not.

we don't know how many have. but i would bet that there have been quite a few. border patrol have caught some Arabs who have learned Spanish and obtained fake papers trying to get in.

It wouldn't be difficult, but I would think there would be some attacks in the US in the last FIVE YEARS if they were. No attacks = no terrorists.
