its your life you live it. don't let ppl or a black book or a man dressed in a black rob tell you how to live your life. tell them and they'll get over it, tell them you love them and this is who you are. tell them that you are going to spend time with someone of the same sex and thats the way its going to be. just because your gay doesn't mean your not a good christian anymore. good luck in your new life and God bless, Tim

I hear all this talk of gay this and gay that.... Question: what makes someone think their gay? Do you think gay is feeling that turns into a choice or is it just the reoccuring feeling. How can one be sure? Seriously... Im really wondering how you came to this notion... Im calling it a notion because obviously there is no scientific proof or test which can explain it.
Another question... would your Christian faith ever override you personal wants/desires? Because everyone has wants and desires... but those things arent necessarily healthy for you. Think about it... Not trying to be rude... just was wondering...

Tell them when you feel ready as long as it doesn't take three years. I told my mom about a week after I knew. I didn't want to tell my grandma because she's a Christian, "old-fashioned" type. She found out accidentally three years later and said she didn't care that I'm gay but she cried because I kept it from her. She said she didn't know who I really was. Don't hide it, but don't flaunt it either unless you just happen to live in an accepting community. Be yourself. =)
If your family are Christians, they should still love you and accept you for who you are.

You: "Mom, dad, I'm gay." :P On a more serious note, just tell them. Tell them it's your decision and stuff, and that you hope to have their support and stuff. I hope that helps, I'm not good at this. :(

I can see that this is bothering you - but maybe the opportunity will present itself (time).
Not to be disrespectful - but for pete's sake, you Christians sure have a lot (of the same) problems.

Don't tell them...just be yourself and they'll figure it out for themselves.
