If you need serious help with your college algebra I would take the time and talk to your professor. He may be able to get you connected with a qualified tutor or maybe even take some of his own time to help you out. I also had problems with math in university but if you let them know early that you are having problems they will do whatever is in their power to help you out.
******************NOTE that asking questions here and getting answers will not help you in the long run...it will still be you who doesn't understand! Take the time to learn what you have to and don't be tempted to cheat...becuse whether or not you learn your subject that teacher still gets paid...and the only person you cheat is yourself.
