go to the bus station or library.... somewhere where there's guaranteed to be alot of older people.... look around for one wearing a wig you like... then run by them and snatch it right off their unsuspecting heads... it is important to yell "next time i'm going tosteal your false teeth" as you are running by.

i would think there would be plenty of places, and as halloween is comming you should be able to pick up some cheap ones for laughs, some that are tinsle or rainbow curls, etc, enjoy.
