You said sexual organ NOT sex organ big difference
The Eyes can definitely be used sexually. The way you look at a person. The message your eyes give them without a word being spoken.
I met my first wife on a blind date. We had talked on the phone but had never met in person until our first date. The date obviously went well as we got married. I asked her what it was about me on our first date, that really got her juices flowing. Her answer? "The look you had in your eyes when I first opened the door when you came to pick me up for our picnic. You had the sexiest eyes I had ever seen."
Now it sure helped that she was drop dead gorgeous but I had already fallen a bit for her from our phone conversations, and I guess it showed.

I wouldn't say the eye is a sexual organ, but that the mind is the bodies most sexual organ. And the eye is the window through which the mind views the world.

Eye is a sexual organ because it can promote one of the almost invincible emotions in man Known as "KAMA" or desire and by which another one is generated which is "Moha" or infatuation.
If what is seen and desired is not attained it causes disappointment which gives rise to third emotion called "Krodha" or anger. Thus eyes become the cause for Lust.

Hardly,,,but it is a sensory organ, connected to the brain, which in turn may or may not govern the nervous system, which in turn may control manifestations of desire, lust, arousal, etc. etc. etc.
