musicmatch has a free radio service that will stream CD quality music to your computer. There is a classical station.

Through windows media player. Search for the music catagory you want and it will give you a list of stations broadcasting. Click on the station you want and thats it, free radio stations.

Go to shoutcast.com and select "classical" in their genre selector. They've got close to 100 listings. You'll also need a player if you don't already have one, but that's a free download.
