Judge's should be elected yes that is good.

Jury's should be a paid job in any state. Rotated and around in all the courts in a county that they live in or out of..

LOL .....No one should Judge any one..that is for our Maker and for me that is God..

We the PEOPLE, free from bias/predjudice. Our peers. And ALWAYS innocent until proven guilty.
