I just purchased a set of drums and a electric guitar. I'm some what musically inclined(i play a little keyboard) but i want to learn some new instruments. Which is going to be more difficult to learn, the drums or the guitar?

Learning how to play new instruments is really not that difficult to do especially if you have some prior knowledge and experience(keyboard?) already.
What separates you from the men and the boys is becoming accomplished.... the steps that come after you learn the instrument.
It's up to you to get to whatever level you want to get to....newbie, good, good enough to perform, great and out there.
I'd say there is no difference between learning the drums or guitar. It all comes down to your personal desire and perseverance.

I am guessing that since you play piano you have pretty good independence in your arms and legs. You should adapt to the drums fairly well. So I am going to guess the guitar will present more of a challenge for you. But on the other hand you can read music so the guitar tabs should be pretty simple for you once you figure out the scales of the guitar.

I am sticking with guitar being more difficult.

Although I think most would disagree, I think drums will be the most difficult to learn.

if you have rhythm, they both should be easy to learn for you.
Since you have chord knowledge, transferring them to the guitar may be balky at first.
The piano rules, btw.
