hahaha... they only care about Jesus on a state level every two years and on a nation level every four years... in other words... during elections...
and even then, they have no idea who he is...
so, no, I don't think it pisses them off very much...

When you are saved, you only have joy in your heart. Jesus asks that the CHURCH take care of the sick, elderly and the children. Taxes only take money away from Christians that could be better spent locally at ministries that give food to the poor and help the disadvantaged. There are provisions in the bible for war.

Now I am genetically Jewish and because of my great faith in science, basically agnostic so I personally am not offended. This is inflammatory. It is strictly for irritation and/or personal amusement that you have posted this question (which is somewhat amusing, but that is besides the point). Most people are decent. I know it's hard to believe, especially when they don't agree with your politics. What I am trying to say, is a little respect goes a long way. You know....productive conversations, intelligent debate and all that jazz. Use your powers of reason for GOOD. I know you are capable. Peace.

I don't think that Jesus would care much for ANY political affiliation, especially those political organizations that DEMONIZE anything Christian, God-related or Faith-based.
Isn't it the mass media, entertainment executives and actors/directors who conduct daily, passionate assaults on Christians and faith?
Isn't it the mass media and entertainment executives and actors/directors who chastise and critique Republicans for going to church? For asking the community to help the poor, sick, elderly, children as well?
Isn't the greed for tax dollars in the form of ever-growing but miserably applied social programs for legal and illegal residents of the US equally loathsome and dis-consonant with Jesus' teachings?
Do you think Christ would defend Jews against the threats and brutality of radical Islam? Or would he suggest to the Jews to non-violently permit the ransacking of Jerusalem and the Holy Land by Muslim invasion and terror?
Do you think Christ would approve of immoral acts committed on and off screen by the actors so fervently liberal that even God is no longer sacred and voiced as an enemy of man's liberation?
Do you think the poor, sick, elderly and children of America find solace and comfort at their local DNC gathering? Or in a local church service, or their favorite passage in the Bible?
The liberal attack on everything GOD is shameful, evil and downright REPUGNANT and while the incessant attack on Christianity continues by the logically inept liberal media and entertainment complex, the character and moral fabric of our youth disintegrates before our very eyes.
Before casting wide and flawed aspersions on any one party, ask yourself how close your life follows the footsteps of Christ. For His words could not be more appropriate:
"Let he who has not sinned, cast the first stone"
God, Family, Country (no where in there do you find a party registration card, so get off the high horse).

Piss me off, Hardly, however your ignorance is blatant and apparent. Jesus's ministry was all about individual, personal responsibility . H e worked with the downtrodden and humbled , and who had declared them or created their outcast status, their very own religious/ political leaders who were spiritualy blind and deaf, and saw them selves as knowing what was best for their fellow jews, deciding fates of their brothers and sisters based on their own political advantage, and individual ideology; sounds alot like Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean to me.

What a half-witt. I think you need to get off the computer and get your Bible or borrow one, and do some reading. Follow that up with a refresher course in grammar, and an anger management class. Thanks.

Hello Amish Renegade, i think you are appealing to those who need hate to make themselves somebody they're not. Those who are deliberately keeping themselves ignorant of the truth, those who believe that flag waving patriotic bs is "the path" None of it has anything to do with democrats, replublicans, black, white, iraq, israel etc. And you are right, we seem to be following the lie, but this is the basic tool of our adversary.

it too bad you don't understand Jesus to know His purposes on what He did on earth...He isn't against being rich...
How long will you simple ones love your simple ways?
How long will mockers delight in mockery
and fools hate knowledge?
